⚠️ Before you buy a portable building, let me do your homework for you!

Whether you’re looking for a storage building, workshop, she shed, man cave, or tiny home, don’t just compare prices. Compare what you’re actually getting.

Ask about the flooring. Is it 5/8-inch or 3/4-inch? That extra thickness makes a big difference in strength and durability.

Then ask about the insulation. Some companies only offer a thin reflective bubble-wrap insulation. In the Oklahoma heat, that’s simply not enough if you want a comfortable building.

And if you’re considering spray foam insulation, don’t assume it’s all the same. Some companies only spray about 2 inches between the studs. Our spray foam is applied nearly 4 inches thick, filling the wall cavity for better insulation and greater energy efficiency.

A portable building is a big investment. Spend a few extra minutes asking questions now so you don’t end up wishing you’d bought something different later.

I honestly thought buying a storage building was going to be easy.
