A little before//after on this interior chimney. Interior brick can be a beautiful and cozy accent to your house, but often they are crusty and neglected. They are worth it to have a once over done to get them cleaned and repointed!

This was such an honor to design and build this for Jonas’ grave. Jonas was one of my oldest friends in Brattleboro, I met him my first day living at the Tinderbox. I was feeling homesick and he asked where I was from. When I told him I was from St. Augustine he was stoked and told me stories about playing shows there with EYC and The Tubers. I felt less homesick. The world is more magical and colorful because of Jonas’s life and his effects on us and this world will be felt for generations. What an incredible thing to have known someone like that!

The lid is a single pour GFRC mix with white cement and dyed grey cement base. The image was made with a carved linoleum stamp etched off his tombstone. The inlay was filled with clear epoxy. The whole thing was sealed with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of a poly urethane sealer. The whole thing took me 3 tries.

Throwback to The Salad Bowl! We did this about four years ago. This was a rad design collaboration with the homeowner. This was also the first time I wore a pair of crocs, and discovered what true comfort really feels like.

Skateparks are sacred spaces for us. It’s such an honor to be able to design and build these spaces for communities. Oftentimes the kids who grow up in these parks don’t have any other safe spaces to be in, and for the first time in their lives they’re able to feel free and be part of a community that accepts them for who they are.

You will never see us show up harder than for public skatepark jobs. This was by far the largest job we’ve taken on. This park is located in Atlantic City New Jersey and we donated over $15,000 in labor and materials to this project, as well as designed the park for free. To date we have built and helped on skatepark builds in 4 countries and 9 states.
