I just wanted to reach out and recognize a couple of your Journeyman and their crew members. Recently at our project in Sedro Woolley, we had Nick on Lot 2 and Josh on Lot 3. Both Journeyman did an excellent job having foresight and asking great questions about placements of various items and had great ideas and suggestions and were overall great to work with. As well they and their teams left both houses spotlessly clean and ready for the next subs to come in and work. My director and myself were very impressed and very happy with the job that they did. Their work and effort are greatly appreciated!

MCE would like to give an Atta Boy to Steve Burgland and Dayton Leatherwood about the email from a great customer of ours. The work involved here is heavy commercial to light industrial and its safe to say its never easy. It takes an immense amount of knowledge and understanding of some pretty difficult installations to accomplish all that they have. Leaders like these two are what makes MCE such a great place to work and sets the bar higher for everyone else.

Recently our team completed a unique and rewarding project at Puyallup High School as they prepare to demo their existing library. Unlike typical commercial work, this job involved a customer-owned transformer room and medium voltage cabling, requiring the expertise of licensed general electricians.

Our task: safely disconnect and abandon a set of 12.5kV primary cables from a Vista switch feeding the transformer room. After isolating the load, we identified the correct primary set, removed and parked the elbows, then used a ratcheting hot cutter to drop the cables into the vault allowing them to be safely pulled from the other end.

We are proud of our team and the safe ex*****on of another challenging assignment. 💪⚡

We want to take a moment to recognize and express how proud we are to have Steve and Rob onboard with us.  He has been responding and repairing a customer’s lift station control panel for years and has finally had the opportunity to build them a new one.  The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in their work is clearly reflected in the final product. It’s not just functional, it’s clean, well-organized, and built to last. This kind of quality and ownership is what sets us apart, and it’s a privilege to have team members who care this much about doing it right.
