When we last shared this project, the landscape was still evolving and the vision wasn't quite complete! Since then, we've returned to continue building on what we started, adding another layer of detail to a property we've had the privilege of transforming from the very beginning.
This phase included extensive new plantings, freshly mulched and defined landscape beds, boulders and a riverbed, synthetic turf with a putting green, and additional work to the existing water feature. We also cleared and refined the pathway near the wine cellar and added flagstone to create another inviting seating area.
Throughout the property, we sealed the paver pathways and seat wall overlooking Tacoma featuring - Pacific Northwest Victorian pavers with a charcoal border. Every pathway, planting bed, seating area, and finishing detail was considered as part of the bigger picture. Projects of this scale don't happen all at once. They evolve through months of planning, collaboration, craftsmanship, and, most importantly, trust from the homeowners.
We're incredibly grateful to have been part of this property's story from what began as a one-time cleanup to the landscape it has become today.
