SCF is pleased to announce this new project that encompasses repairs of a fire damaged indoor range and supporting spaces in the 6000 sq. ft. second floor area, along with new roof and structural upgrades, removal of loading dock and exit stairs, and adding new exterior entry ADA ramp.

Remove all interior finishes including flooring, walls, plumbing, HVAC and electrical in a 3,300 sq. ft. commercial space. Renovate and build out a completed tenant improvement of the space for a commercial paint sales business.

Remove all interior finishes including flooring, walls, plumbing, HVAC and electrical in a 2,600 sq. ft. commercial space. Add a 600 sq. ft. addition at the east end of the building with commercial storefronts. Prep the space for a tenant improvement project to house and emergency care facility.
