This property had some major damage, including torn-out ceilings and several areas throughout the home that needed attention. We came in, repaired the damaged areas, installed new ceilings, updated flooring, replaced the storm door, refreshed the bathroom, and got this home back to clean, safe, and move-in ready.

Every project is different, and we work closely with our clients to provide solutions that fit their needs and goals. For this rental, the focus was getting the home repaired, functional, and move-in ready while addressing the areas most important to the client.

No matter the size of the project, we take pride in delivering quality work and helping property owners get their homes ready for the next chapter.

The before and after is one of the best parts about doing this kind of work. Taking something outdated, worn down, or forgotten and bringing new life back into it is what it’s all about.

The fresh colors, the clean finish, the brighter look it completely changed the feel of this place inside and out. Seeing the transformation from where it started to where it is now makes all the hard work worth it.

🔥 COMPLETE — Ken’s Liquor Store 🍻

Wrapped up a full interior and exterior transformation on this local staple. This project included solid prep work, siding repairs, masonry coating, full repainting, trim detail work, and a complete refresh inside and out.

A lot of time and attention went into making sure every part of this project was done clean, solid, and built to last — all held to the Walters standard.

Every project has a starting point. And sometimes… it looks like this. 👀

This home had been sitting untouched for years — damaged ceilings, outdated plumbing/electrical, worn floors, and rooms stripped down to the bones. Most people see a mess. We see potential.

We’ve begun bringing it back to life. The last two photos show rooms currently in progress — structural work underway, new shower install started, and spaces being rebuilt the right way from the inside out.

We don’t just remodel homes. We rebuild them with purpose, quality, and pride.
