I recently hired Esteban Land Design to completely transform my backyard, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The project included grading, gravel rock installation, paver work, a full irrigation system, and fresh sod, and the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations.

Once the work began, I was immediately impressed by how organized, efficient, and meticulous the entire process was. The grading was done perfectly to ensure proper drainage. The gravel rock areas were laid cleanly and evenly. The pavers were installed with remarkable accuracy — straight lines, perfect spacing, and a rock-solid foundation. The irrigation system was set up with great attention to coverage and ease of maintenance, and the new sod was installed flawlessly, lush and green.

I contacted Esteban Land Design for a severe leak I had at my valve box, which had been installed by my home's previous owner at the edge of the back patio (poor location). Esteban's crew had to pulled up the pavers, install new valves (professional valves, not the cheap ones I had), installed a new properly sized valve box to make accessing in the future easier, then reinstalled the pavers. It looks like nothing ever happened! Perfect repair job, conscientious and talented crew and Esteban himself is a knowledgeable, no nonsense professional. I highly recommend Esteban Land Design!
