Living room makeover!
Added a electric fireplace, custom made mantle with a blanket ladder to match, hid all the wires to the TV and ran HDMI cords to come out the far left side of the wall so everything is hidden and still easy to plug in any device!

A good friend of mine gave us the privilege to renovate 1 of his 5 units on a rental property he just inquired!
Full remodel consisted of all new floors, doors, trim, paint and fixtures throughout!
Made the existing closet into a laundry room and then used a back storage room and did a custom walk In closet! (Pictures will be on next post)
Added a wall/door in a long haul way that led to nothing, so. Or it’s a very large storage area!
Resurfaced cabinets, countertops, backsplash, eliminates up cabinets and wrapped outside in boardn batten.
All new storage shelves in all the closets.
Resurface bathroom vanity and new countertop. Sprayed bathtub and epoxy resin to American standard white.

Swipe 🔛for these Before & Afters!
This is after phase 2 of this interior remodel! Removed some walls a couple years ago and then came back and did 2000 sq ft of flooring, all new base trim, cased a couple entry ways and cased/wrapped a few windows. All new paint throughout! Kitchen/living area feels huge now.
Also did a custom built in bench with storage

Refinished this bathroom and added new countertops!! Brightens is up so much!
