I’m grateful to Danny for sharing his experience with Arsenal Exterminating.

He trusted me to treat his Gilbert home for scorpions. I’m glad he noticed the time I took to inspect the entire property, explain what I found, and treat the areas where scorpions could hide.

That’s how I believe pest control should be handled: carefully, thoroughly, and with clear communication.

Here’s a reminder for all the home owners out there:

Keep an eye on your windows and baseboards!

Any cracks, unsealed areas, or holes could be entry points for any potential pests — and the last thing you want is to have to pay for home repairs and pest control services.

Best to patch up the problems before they pose bigger ones.

But if you don’t catch them in time and critters creep in, your best bet is to call a pest controller.

We happen to know the perfect people for the job ;)

We called as soon as we discovered those gross termites in our garage. Steve answered the phone and within hours was at our house looking it over to see what the damage was. He gave us a quote and a timeline and what to expect, took the time to explain to us about termites and what he would do as an exterminator.Within a week (would have been sooner but it rained) he was back at the house taking care of business. Very personable, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

I often find that seeing one scorpion is only part of the problem.

When I inspect a Southeast Phoenix home, I also check door sweeps, utility openings, block wall gaps, irrigation boxes, sheltered areas, and the insects scorpions may be feeding on.

Finding these conditions helps me create a targeted treatment plan instead of simply treating the spot where the scorpion was found.
