Here's something I've never done in a house. The big kitchen is called a "showpiece kitchen". Then they put an additional little galley kitchen in the back room behind it called the "dirty kitchen". That way they can keep all their cooking and dirty dishes out of their nice kitchen. Looks pretty nice.
