"Safari was fast and very service oriented. I was able to get an estimate and work done the same day. Needed a new water heater installed, discussed several times I need a lot of copper sweated due to purchasing a new heat pump water heater and the design is very different. The tech had to double the price after actually taking time to look over the water heater and seeing it was going to take more work. The guy did good work and was fast but sloppy estimate and did not appreciate a quote change after removing old water heater, left me in a stuck position. End result was a negotiation meeting in the middle and job was completed same day. They need to work on education of new products on the market and perform better estimates up front. Service was awesome. Thanks!"
