This architectural project involves the construction of a modern 28,000-square-foot warehouse and showroom facility in Long Island, NY, designed to house the new offices of Chery Tile Company. The two-story structure combines expansive glass facades with sleek horizontal lines, featuring exterior metal panels and split face block for a durable and visually striking exterior. Solar control overhangs are integrated into the design to reduce heat gain and improve energy efficiency, enhancing both sustainability and occupant comfort. The large butt-glazed system on both levels allows ample natural light into the office spaces and showroom areas, creating a welcoming and open environment. With spacious parking and strategically placed entry points, the building caters to both operational functionality and client interaction. This project emphasizes efficient design for warehousing and retail use, making it an ideal hub for Chery Tile's operations and customer experience.
