This project has been ongoing, and it’s involved several stages of repair. After the water and fire damage crew completed their work, E&A Custom Construction installed new insulation in the affected areas, rerouted the water line for the water heater through an interior wall, connected the new water heater, and installed new subflooring and drywall.

As we continued the work, we found additional drywall with visible mold inside and outside the wall. The remaining affected drywall had to be removed as required by the insurance work.

We’ve now installed new LVP flooring from the kitchen through the laundry room so the customer can move their washer and dryer back inside before the bad weather arrives. Next, we’re masking the area and getting ready to mud, tape, and texture.

Our latest project includes removing and replacing the existing ceiling drywall, followed by taping, mudding, and texturing for a smooth, consistent finish.

Another successful day

Full-house window replacement and trim installation underway! We’re still waiting for five windows to be delivered. Once they arrive, we’ll finish the remaining replacements. The homeowner will be painting the trim and siding.

Another productive couple of days on the job!

We completed the grading for the deck area, backfilled around the sheds in preparation for compaction, and got the pergola assembled and ready for the final trim work.

The pergola started as an assembly kit purchased by the customer, but we wanted to give it a more custom finished look. We modified the original design by adding pan sheeting and additional metal details, giving the structure a cleaner, more durable, and unique appearance.

At E&A Custom Construction LLC, we take pride in going beyond basic installation and finding ways to customize each project to fit our customers’ needs and vision.
