Kitchen and Living Area Remodel

We transformed this outdated, dark, and confined kitchen and living room into a bright, open, and modern space. By removing a wall, we created an open-concept layout that significantly enhances the sense of space. The kitchen features a redesigned layout with brand-new cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, and a stunning 6-foot island with a quartz countertop. In the living area, we installed a sleek electric fireplace wrapped in elegant veneer stone, adding a warm, natural touch.

This project was a complete transformation of a garage and back garden area on Beacon Street throughout this long winter. The existing garage was removed, a new foundation was poured, and a new structure was framed to support a roof deck. Steel reinforcements were installed to carry a walkway, seamlessly connecting the unit to the deck. To maintain the architectural integrity of the Back Bay area, we wrapped the new garage in a schoolhouse veneer brick. The backyard was also upgraded with a new brick paver walkway and a common area, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
