Confidential opportunity to acquire approved commercial delivery operations and an established DOT-compliant delivery and logistics company serving nationally recognized retail and commercial supply customers.
The company currently operates ten commercial delivery accounts, consisting of six accounts with a leading national home-improvement retailer, two accounts with a second national home-improvement retailer, one warehouse retail account, and one commercial plumbing supply account.
Reported annual net earnings range from approximately $150,000–$450,000 per account, subject to verification through financial statements, tax records, and supporting operating documentation.
GROWTH AND EXPANSION
Certain customer relationships present opportunities to increase fleet size and expand delivery capacity. A qualified purchaser may be able to grow revenue by adding vehicles, drivers, and approved service territories, subject to customer authorization and operational requirements.
SUPPORT AND TRANSITION
The seller is prepared to provide reasonable transition assistance and operational support. The scope and duration of training and transition services will be defined in the final purchase agreement.
