We are Looking for more work!

This is a subfloor repair we just finished! Had to remove the cast iron bath tub, reinforced some of the floor joints, replace and add new structure support. New subfloor. Reinstall tile!

We are Ixtsal Hardwood Flooring!

For those of you who don’t know,
Crawl space foundations are built between 18 inches and four feet above the ground with exterior support walls. Also known as elevated foundations, this creates space for pipes, electrical components and storage—if properly sealed.
In order to properly seal the foundation we had to dig a trench leading to the bottom of where the footer was poured and properly inspect every inch of the foundation to check where the holes and cracks were located.

We properly sealed the foundation by skim coating or plastering the foundation with cement to ensure the holes were completely covered. We partnered up with some quality professional masonry workers to ensure proper application.
Then we applied the rubber waterproof sealer to ensure no more water would sneak in to the cracks. This product outperforms silicone and caulk as it serves as a bonding agent that is at the same time odorless. The chemical bonding process ensures a quick drying time.

We are Ixtsal hardwood flooring! And we always go above and beyond for our clients. We like to ensure that every client is properly informed and receives the proper repair on their projects
