After a few bumps in the road, we're excited to officially get started on this beautiful semi-custom farmhouse for a wonderful family in Poetry, Texas!

This home features approximately 2,700 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, including a spacious family room, open dining and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a dedicated media room.

One of the things we love most is helping families create a home that truly fits their lifestyle. This project is a great example of how we can take one of our existing floor plans and customize it in-house to meet our clients' needs while maximizing the layout and functionality of their property.

We can't wait to bring this family's vision to life—stay tuned for construction updates!

We are progressing nicely at our Mabank build. Exterior finishes are nearly completed and interior finishes are almost ready to commence.

Here are some final pics of our Point, TX Semi-Custom home build. This plan started as one of our signature plans that we modified for the owner's to accomodate not only their lot, but also how they plan on entertaining in the future. And although the scale of this home isn't large, it really flows well and they didn't compromise on finishes as our semi-custom options are still higher end.

We want to thank Tony and Ericka for trusting us on this home build. It was a very enjoyable yet quick build process. We were able to get them into their home in just about 3 months from the slab pour date.
