General Maintenance Technician (1–2 openings)
Field Supervisor (1 opening)
Typical Job Responsibilities May Include:
Completing service calls and repair requests
Assisting with unit turns and property rehabs
Performing preventive maintenance tasks
Light plumbing and electrical work
Millwork, flooring, and general carpentry
Maintaining clean and organized workspaces
Documenting completed work through photos
Logging time and job details through our mobile payroll system
Basic Requirements:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Maintenance Technician based in Racine, WI, serving surrounding areas. The Lead Maintenance Technician will play a key role in day-to-day property maintenance operations and work closely with the owner as a trusted right-hand person.

Responsibilities include completing unit turns, performing preventive and general maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing common property issues, and ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and communicating progress clearly.

Qualifications

-Experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or similar field
-Strong skills in maintenance and repair, including basic plumbing, fixture replacements, and general repairs
-Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues efficiently
-Experience with preventive maintenance and unit turnover processes
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
