GRADING REPAIR - A very common cause of water in a basement is caused by the ground settling over time so that the ground next to the house is lower than the yard. On this project, the foundation professional recommended taking out the step and sidewalk and adding dirt so that it slopes away from the house. B&L came in to remove and discard the step and sidewalk, brought in 12 yards of dirt and fixed the grade of the dirt so that when it rains, the water flows out into the yard verses towards the house.

Someone bought and cleared the lot behind my house and eliminated our privacy. I had B&L pull out my old bushes, build a berm and plant arborvitae trees. These guys do great work and got it done fast! Thanks for your expertise Cameron! I love how it turned out.
