We have officially retired we would like to thank all of our customers for the opportunity we had to do your plumbing we have a few jobs we are obligated to complete and as of January 1st 2022 Mike will become the owner and the name will be changed to MJS Plumbing. When temperatures start approaching 20 degrees or less and you have water piping near an outside wall, Open up cabinet doors and circulate air into cabinets either with a small fan or a space heater. If this is not possible, Open the water to let it run at a smll stream both hot and cold about a size of a pencil. Generally moving water will not freeze in most situations. Heat tape can be installed and wrapped around the piping, It is a bit more costly but is a cheaper alternative to a repair of a burst pipe.
