Simple barrel roof out of steel tube, worked with the contractor so they could install the steel rafters and plywood deck on the ground then set the whole thing.....28,000 pounds at about a 70 foot reach. Roof is about 58 feet by 40 feet.

New addition with an exterior wall removal into the new space...big beam with microlams through bolted...had to use the mag drill with a 12" auger bit for the through bolts...the builder wanted the beam put in place before excavating the new basement, the new foundations aren't there yet so we had to devise a way to use wood lam posts to hold the beam on place until the foundation work is done and the new columns can be installed... a little out of the ordinary means and methods....

Some big anchor plates for a new ride at Six Flags. Each ring is 1 1/2" thick and nearly 6 feet square. 28 1 3/8" x36" anchor rods each will be attached and cast in to the concrete foundations to anchor the ride legs....fun stuff...

We received a call about a beam bearing seat in a precast concrete wall panel that was failing. We proposed to add a heavy channel under the beam to support it and spread the load laterally. We contacted Bleck and Bleck architects for some consultation where my friend Chuck proposed a high tech epoxy repair instead on the unsightly channel bolted to the wall. The system worked as advertised and we are happy with the result while saving the customer nearly 50% from the cost of installing the channel. The photos contain captions describing the process....
