Low pitched roof leaking? We can fix that. Here is a perfect example of what not to do, first company came in and re-shingled the roof, leaks came back, another company came in and said we should put metal over the shingles that will fix the leaks, leaks continued. Most people are not aware that there are online resources available that will help you to see if your roof has a pitch that is too low for shingles or metal as is the case with this roof. So what we did is a temporary patch and when we have good weather we will remove the metal and shingles and put a new membrane roof system over the roof. Problem solved.

Good progress on our current bedroom remodel. Painting, and second coat of stain to base boards, subfloor all finished and a good start to the floor. Still needs new plugs and switches with covers, new lights, new window, custom built shelving in the closet and to finish the floor.

Water damage is not something to put off. Fortunately this customer called us when they noticed the problem. We were able to find the leak and fix it, before more extensive and expensive work would have needed to be done. We thank all of our customers for their support of local businesses!
