Did you wake up ☀️ to no water💧 this morning? This could mean your pipes are FROZEN 🥶. Please take precautions. Shut off your water main and open up your 🚿 faucets all the way. Jason 🧔🏻‍♂️ again, lets talk about water heaters… if water 💧 is coming out of the water heater in odd places… don’t hesitate!! Call 📞 me right away! I had a customer today that had a water heater leaking. Stating it leaked last week, dried up then leaked again this week. This water heater was toast 🔥! Any day it would have unleashed its water 💧 fury all over the basement floor!! Imagine 50 gallons all over the floor? That would have lead to a handful of DIY projects… and less time with fun in the ☀️ sun! Your water heater should not leak anywhere voluntarily (except for it’s normal functionality). Also, you should flush your tank at least once per year, twice on well water!!!

PSA: Swimming 🏊‍♀️ is for a pool not your basement. Stay dry!! ☀️

💐 Spring is right around the corner! April showers ☔️ bring May flowers 🌸 is the saying, but thus far in Ohio we’ve seen a lot of rain ☔️ in March too! How’s your sump pump? Are you having any draining issues? What about water 💦 back up in your basement drains when it rains? 🌧 Double check those drain lines and the equipment to prevent future issues!

🧔🏻‍♂️ Jason, here another PSA: Spring Break ☀️ is right around the corner! When going on vacation 🏖 be sure to turn off your water 💧 main before you leave. This will reduce the risk of a potential water disaster 🚰 while you are gone. Doesn’t take long for water to damage your home 🏡; especially if it’s not caught promptly ⏰ !!

Jason here aka with a PSA: Do not use chemicals to unclog your drains! If your drains are clogged or slow moving attempt to clear them without chemicals. The chemicals could permantly damage your drain lines!!
