1)For laborers all skill levels will be considered. On the job training will be provided.
2)For roofers, roofing experience is necessary.
We are looking to train people for long-term positions. You do not need to live near our office to work for us, We do background checks and drug screens and require two valid and current forms of ID. Superintendent - Salary based on experience. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in commercial roofing or construction industry.
• Be able to supervise employees on a roofing job site, looking for problems in installation and safety violations.
• Be able to read blue prints as they relate to roofing specs.
• Knowledge of several different roofing material installation.
• Be able to manage about 10 employees on a job site.
• People skills in order to interact with customers on the jobsite.
