DnA Plumbing LLC almost felt lazy today........ which ABSOLUTELY is a big 'ol false.

Now that today has been OFF Site, I nowwwwww have all of the material Picked Up, Organized, Separated, and Prepped to begin my Lot #20 Three and a Half Bath in the AM for Trestlewood Construction LLC. Along with getting some additional material Put Away from other Buildings and Sites, Segregated, and Placed for my soon enough Fourplex as well.

Well, It's Official.......... DnA Plumbing LLC is COMPLETE on this Fourplex, and Lot #39 is officially On Test and is ready for Thurston County Plumbing Inspection later this week. 😎

Today is the Last Day of this August month, and this Fourplex is not supposed to be COMPLETE until September 8th. end of day. That means that my HARD WORK and AVAILABILITY has this building completed, a total of 8 Days Earlier than Scheduling with Trestlewood Construction LLC 👌🤘

Now, I am gonna go do my necessary Computer work for this unit, and the Billing for Rough-In as well...... and probably PASS OUT TIRED ASF!!!!!!! 😫 😩 😂😂

DnA Plumbing LLC decided on Thursday of last week, that i am relatively "whooped" and tired. So I decided to take a x3 Day Weekend 🙃 and took Friday off, and headed to my Camp Spot over in Eastern Washington. Wooooohooooo ❤️

Until............ chatting with some good friends, I realized through them that next weekend is Labor Day Weekend, and by all technicalities a 3-Day Holiday Weekend. 😔😕😫🙄😬 So yesterday I called it a day Camping and headed back to the Shop-Office accordingly. CAN'T TAKE 2 THREE DAY WEEKENDS IN A ROW!!!!!!!!!!

So this morning (Sunday) I treated it like a Monday relatively hahahaha 😆 😂 😅 and came to work accordingly. TODAY, I was able to get this last unit in the Fourplex of Townhomes all but fully Piped down to the Crawl Space accordingly. Short of the Master Bathroom drain, which is a quick turn around inevitably. So tomorrow which is the mid-point of the Scheduled Lot #40 Rough-In, that is DONE already, I will get Lot #39 fully Piped and Under Test accordingly 😉 for FINALIZATION and Inspection by Thurston County.

Whelp....... not realizing that this next weekend is a Holiday weekend for Labor Day, and I took Friday this week off to have a x3 Day Weekend.......

I am back home already lol and will probably to work on Lot #39 Rough-In more tomorrow, Sunday. Shoot........ lol 😆 🤣 😂 As a Business Man with one hell of a Work Ethic, I can't take x2 LONG weekends in a row, with my Residential Builder to DnA Plumbing LLC work load 🤷

Lot #39 Townhome is technically Scheduled to begin Plumbing Rough-In on Wednesday September 2nd, 2026. But I am gonna do my damndest to have it On TEST for Rough-In Inspection by Thurston County by the end of Monday the 31st. Then go wrap up my Olympia Blackrock Custom Dwelling Trim-Finish on the 1st. And start the Trestlewood @ Lacey 3.5 Bath Home Rough-In on the 2nd 😎 which is the Start Date for the Townhome that I'll have completed already.

Here I continue to gooooooooo!!!!!!! Wooooohooooo!

With how busy that DnA Plumbing LLC and the owner Adam Hizey have been, especially seeing the NEXT Home and the NEXT Fourplex either Framed or being Framed, I decided to give myself a 3-Day weekend. Especially considering thar I have already worked a FEW in August.

The remainder of 2026 starting August, with my Residential Builder, has the following:

x8 Townhomes
x8 ADU Units
x1 Three and a Half Bath Home
x1 Four Bath Home
and ALSO go finish Trim on my Custom Dwelling

Work / Home Life Balance....... is so INCREDIBLY important to me 😌

Being that DnA Plumbing LLC was supposed to Begin Rough-In on Lot #40 but instead it PASSED the Thurston County Plumbing Inspection instead........ Here i get to go on Lot #39 a whole x4 working days early.

Today, I was able to get L-2 completed 100%. Along with getting the Water Main - Shut Off Loop installed. Along with also all of the Prep Work and Drilling in the Powder Bathroom, as the Builder Assistant got the Plumb Wall erected today. Along with a Head Out for the Master Shower Drain being Centered on a Floor Joist. But the Powder Water Closet (toilet) and the Lavatory BOTH were Centered on Joist as well. And to boot, there was a Roof Truss Centered on the Wall of Level 2 that the Powder/Laundry Vent comes up.

And inevitably these are all relatively common on this Fourplex with NEW Framers 🙄 😒 but the previous x3 Units were accomplished relatively preemptive. But being soooooo far ahead, this Last Unit was sorta lagging 😅
