Client called for Toto repairs I was dispatched to this. Private jet hanger pretty cool to take a picture of a plane close up from the outside. It’s not every day a plumber gets to work at the Airport!

Ransom and Company Drain Cleaning is flying high on the pride scale today! I am a happy owner knowing every job I touch no matter how small or how big is part of a bigger picture for someone else.

Showed up, assessed. Over 700’ of sewer line and manholes backed up. Hit the line with the jet from manhole to manhole approximately 310-330’ counting manhole drops and cleared it. Another one clear.

While comfy and cozy in the home during these cold nights, your pipes might not have the heat needed to keep them from freezing. If pressure at your fixtures reduces this could be a much bigger issue. Pressure issues could be caused by fixture issues, cracked, split, or broken pipes, or in the cold from freezing of pipes which can cause further fixture damages.

Water heater in basement boiler room was leaking from the tank jacket. Needed replacement they called the right people for the job that’s for sure! We go them taken care of and with no leaks and some added insulation for protection of the pipe work!

The neighbor thought they heard water running in what they believed to be a storage room at a condo community. I went onsite and received approval from HOA to enter the locked unidentified room as this was a possible structural damage issue. Upon entry I could hear the water trickling. No traps for sewer gas, one toilet fl**ge uncapped, all water distribution stops uncapped, and a leak in ceiling area from a 2” galvanized line that was threaded into what appeared to be a double
Wye and the other side of the ni**le transitioned to pvc using a Fernco…smh. I notified HOA they would need to give notice to other onsite residence before line could be cut and replaced as other units tied into it. Upon approval I will remove the fittings and pipe around the affected area and take repairs as close to the floor as possible due to further broken bands and pipe in bad condition.
