What a year! It was so good, I lost track of social media. There are so many projects I need to upload and stay on top of moving forward. Adding it to my resolution list right behind the standard “be healthier”.

Huge appreciation for all those we got to work with throughout the year. This company allows me to meet so many great people and it keeps us motivated.

Tip on a Tuesday! This client learned the hard way about drilling in to the wall. She noticed water dripping from the screw and realized what she thought was a stud, was actually a drain pipe from her upstairs. Everyone can learn from a mistake such as this. Studs are typically 16 inches apart in most houses although they can be 24 or 12 inches apart in some situations. A stud finder uses density to show you where a stud is which means a pipe, electrical wire, insulation, etc. can throw it off. Before you drill/screw in to a wall, measure 16 inches left or right and make sure you find another stud there. Do it again to understand the pattern of the wall to gain confidence on where the studs are. This extra 5 minutes could save you a lot of money and time!
