🏡 Home building is an essential part of North Carolina's economy. It's time we talked about everything it brings to the table.

Home building creates jobs, supports local businesses, generates public revenue and opens doors to homeownership for North Carolinians. These contributions strengthen communities and lay the foundation for responsible growth.

A new study conducted by economist Dr. Michael Walden puts real numbers behind this impact, revealing the far-reaching economic benefits of residential construction.
