What started as one person with experience in the trades has grown into a thriving local company with 17 painting teams and dedicated departments serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Triangle. Brandon’s focus on clear communication, detailed processes, and customer care has helped the company grow while maintaining the personal touch of an independent business. Just as importantly, he has invested heavily in developing his team through coaching, training, and leadership programs centered on integrity, accountability, and personal growth. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Keira, and their son, Jacob, while faith and community service remain important parts of their family life. For Brandon, the greatest achievement isn’t simply building a successful company, but creating a culture where both customers and team members feel valued, supported, and cared for.
