Out with the old, in with a clean slate 👊

This lower level started with a fully demo’d tile floor—uneven, rough, and not ready for what’s next. Our team stepped in and installed a self-leveling concrete overlay to create a smooth, consistent surface across the entire space.

Now we’ve got a solid, flat substrate that’s ready for the next phase of construction—whether that’s flooring, framing, or finishing work.

Proper prep is everything. If the base isn’t right, nothing on top of it will be.

We received a call to take off the old siding from the house and put up Hardie Plank. Before starting, the removal of some bushes was necessary, which prompted a conversation about removing some trees. Two huge Oak trees right next to the house needed to be taken down, and eight more trees in total did as well.
