Integrity. Doing what is right even if doing what is wrong would be much easier and more profitable. We stand on this.

Again yesterday, an insurance storm damage customer explained to us how her neighbors' roofing contractors "absorbed" their insurance deductible (which is illegal) and that she was "uncomfortable" with us requiring her to pay her deductible (which we are legally obligated to do). We calmly explained, as we always do, that this practice of "absorbing" deductibles is illegal (and provided this customer with the legal documentation). As has happened hundreds of times before, we are now likely to lose this customer (who loves our company and commented about how amazing our reviews are online) because we are not willing the break the law to save her $1k.

We will always do what is right. Regardless of what others do. Regardless of what our customers request. Regardless of how many jobs that we lose. Regardless of what this means for our bottom line.

A recent roof replacement in Cary, NC. Sometimes we have to replace rotten and buckled roof sheathing.. all in a day's work! The Team did an excellent job. Our customer gave us her stamp of approval and 5-Stars for the entire process, from the sales appointment to the clean-up. We are thankful for amazing customers and our awesome Team!

Hey! Check this out! One of our recent roof replacements in Cary included adding skylights. All in the same day, our Team completed the roof replacement, added skylights and finished the interior framing and painting work where the skylights were added. Shout out to Jerry, Katherine, Javier and the entire Team! Great work!

We recently replaced the roofs on 6 large buildings (24 units) out of the 12 total buildings in this local townhouse community (HOA).

We ran into a LOT of rotten and buckled sheathing to replace on each of the buildings. But, despite the high heat and LONG days, our crews executed to perfection!
