A new backyard plaza, completed in North Ridge.🏠

This project was about creating more usable outdoor space while making sure the new design felt like a natural extension of the existing home. We built a custom Deckorators deck, covered pavilion, and patio area, tying everything together with thoughtful transitions, integrated landscaping, and a unique turf and paver layout.

The pavilion adds a dedicated space for lounging and outdoor entertainment, while the expanded patio creates room for dining and gathering. The result is a backyard that feels connected, functional, and completely transformed without losing the character of the original home.

And while we love building pools, that’s just one part of what we do. From custom decks and patios to outdoor living structures and complete backyard transformations, we design and build spaces around how our clients actually want to use their property.

Back in Apex again for another pool and pavilion project💦

This 35-foot Imagine Pools installation is entering its next exciting phase. Along with the pool, this backyard will feature a custom pavilion complete with a gas fireplace, cooktop, TV, and a fully integrated outdoor living space designed for entertaining year-round.

As with most of these project types, the pool equipment will be tucked behind the pavilion with a dividing wall. That means it’s hidden from view, helps minimize noise, and keeps the focus where it belongs... on the backyard itself.

From the hardscape and lighting to the landscaping and finishing touches, every piece has been planned to create one cohesive outdoor environment. Stay tuned as this project continues to take shape. 👌

Apex and Cary have been showing up in a big way!

This project featuring a 35ft is starting to take shape. The plumbing is complete, backfilling is underway, and the pool equipment is coming together behind the scenes. Up next is electrical, bringing us one step closer to seeing this backyard come to life.

One detail we’re especially excited about is the equipment layout. By placing the pool pad behind the pavilion with a separating wall, the equipment stays out of sight and helps reduce noise, keeping the focus on the experience, not the mechanics.

It’s details like these that make the biggest difference once the project is complete. Stay tuned as this transformation continues. 👌
