I moved to the desert almost eight years ago with the intention of doing full remodels and then flipping the homes, based on my current knowledge of real estate or construction. All based on the TV show "Flip this house". I figured if it were that easy I could handle it no problem. However, that show is so far from reality, at least my reality, you could imagine. There are so many aspects and variables involved beyond what that show depicts, it's ridiculous. However, I bought three houses at the same time, first mistake. Seeing as how I'd never owned or remodeled anything in my life, it was a grand fiasco at best. So, after successfully completing those homes, and being the perfectionist that I am, it would be hard to argue that I created some of the nicest homes in the particular area of which was my focus. There was a major learning curve, but twenty one homes later, I will say with confidence, that I do better work than most licensed contractors, simply because I have a sincere level of care and concern for the job I'm doing and furthermore, it's a direct reflection of me. If anyone is interested in seeing the work I've done I will be happy to provide you with all the before and after pics of any or all the homes you desire. And you will be shocked. I pay attention to detail. I don't settle for half ass. My team is solid. We come to work every day on time. We don't lollygag and make excuses for why we didn't do the s**t we were supposed to do, but didn't do.
