This is the latest job we completed for a customer who has converted an old motel into 5 rental units. This ongoing project has had many trees / bushes removed and trimmed. We finished up with Geo-fabric , river rock , pine straw and some white rock walkways. The transformation on this property was huge!

What an amazing transformation to this new construction home. We installed river rock around the house, the driveway and property fence border. Next we applied a 2-4 inch thick layer of high quality top soil, tall fescue grass seed, starter fertilizer and straw to the yard areas. A beautiful full green lawn coming soon.
