A couple tips will help reduce fire hazards.

Attention : House flippers , landlords .
If you have a stove or range or any appliance that has been infested with mice and mice p**p, c**k roaches, rats.
It doesnt matter how easy or cheap the repair is.
I will NOT fix it.
The appliance is a
( Health hazard and possibly electrical hazard or water flood hazard ) as mice chew appliance wiring and washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator plastic water lines.
You need to 1st call a pest exterminator .
Then replace the appliance so the new appliance doesn't get infested .
I will NOT make any exceptions to my standards.

PSA.
As the weather warms up.
If your refrigerator is not as cold as it should be these tips can help.
1) Never turn the thermostat up to max . Factory settings is recommend.
2) Make sure your door seals are clean and seals tight against the refrigerator , any gap will cause condensation inside. Warming the inside.
3) Clean your condenser once a year, if you have pets twice a year is recommend. Dust , dirt , pet hair can be a major cause of refrigerator warming.
