Here are some before and afters of one we just finished. After hauling and spreading over a 100 loads of material, testing our patience, and constantly scratching our heads wondering how are we going to make this all work. I think we nailed it! We are so grateful and lucky to work with some amazing builders like JM Custom Homes, LLC, even I said many times “what did we let Jerry Mills get us into”. To top it all off these by far are the hardest working, nicest, and trusting home owners I have had the privilege to work with.

Another graduating student today, Rope Roghair. He is from Isabel SD, came to Rapid City every Sunday night and went home for the weekend on Friday. He was our first "full time" student and finished the course in 6 weeks with all of his papers!
