A Fresh New Chapter for Children's House Montessori, Inc.!

It was an absolute pleasure to help revitalize Children's House Montessori School here in Rapid City!

Years of South Dakota weather had taken their toll, leaving the exterior with peeling paint, cracking finishes, and significant weathering. Before applying a single coat of paint, our team invested the time to do the job right.

Our preparation included:
✔️ Thorough power washing
✔️ Scraping all failing paint
✔️ Sanding weathered surfaces
✔️ Priming all bare substrates

Once the surface was properly prepared, we applied two full coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration® Rain Refresh®, providing a beautiful, durable finish designed to withstand the elements while helping the building stay cleaner for years to come.

The transformation not only restores the building's appearance but also helps protect this important community space for the students, staff, and families who enjoy it every day.

This home received a complete refresh with a thorough power wash, scraping of all failing paint, and spot priming of bare areas before applying two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald Exterior Satin.

This Rapid City home was showing its age with extensive peeling and flaking paint across the original aluminum siding. Proper preparation was critical to ensure a finish that would last.

This fund is for Tim's 12-year old nephew, Trevor Fancher. He has recently been diagnosed with T-ALL (T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). It is an aggressive, fast-growing blood cancer that affects white blood cells. He has had to have three different blood transfusions in just two days. He will be starting chemotherapy and has a long road ahead of him. I would like to raise funds for his care and to relieve some stress from his parents.
