We are a local Residential & Commercial Construction company serving our community since 2004. Turning Dirt Into Opportunity Since 2004! in 2004.

We build from the ground up, handle expert finish work, and develop residential and commercial subdivisions. Daene Boomsma has always had a passion for the real estate industry. He started as an avid investor at the young age of 18 and went on to start a successful construction company, Boom Construction Inc. He has also become involved with residential land development in the growing city of Box

Elder, and has developed the subdivisions, Patriot Estates & Freedom Landing. Daene grew up in Western South Dakota where he graduated from Douglas High School. He has been an active member of the Army National Guard for the past 17 years. He and his wife, Jamie Boomsma are a team in all facets of Real Estate from managing numerous rental properties throughout the Black Hills area as well as real estate sales and development. Daene enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family, sports, coaching, and boating. He started Boom Construction Inc. Over the past 11 years the company has grown to be successful as well as making a reputable name for it-self. He takes pride in his business, the work his team performs, and the motto that there is nothing they can’t do. Daene believes and others would agree that he adds a special something to every quality home he creates, making each one unique.
