We are shocked and truly saddened to learn of the passing of Luis Zarza. Luis worked with us for 26 years and was an essential part of our team. He will be deeply missed by all.

We understand that there are a few customers frustrated with perceived delays in snow removal during and following this winter storm. It is important to contextualize the situation we are all in, in that, this was the most significant storm this area has seen in many years. That is not solely due to the amount of snow we received, but the duration of it, lasting from Sunday afternoon until Tuesday evening with high winds.

Our crews have been working nearly 3 days straight in order to clear the snow and with any storm, issues arise and they need to adjust. We have experienced a few mechanical issues during the last 3 days. These types of issues are common during any snow event, especially when dealing with the sheer amount of snow we’ve seen.

Thank you for your patience and loyalty, we truly appreciate each and every customer!

Looks like the weather men/women were right this time and we have some snow. If you have a signed contract with us please be patient we will get to you. Our crews have been out all night and will continue throughout the day.
