Common misconception: You have to go to Texas to find a roof this big. 🙅‍♂️

Our team recently wrapped up this Carlisle Syntec TPO System re roof utilizing Carlisle’s 16 ft wide TPO sheets to efficiently and effectively complete this TPO overlay for the customer on time and on budget. This re roof featured an induction welded plate fastened system bonded under the newly installed TPO increasing wind uplift values for this massive footprint that requires precision and the highest level of commercial protection, and we’re proud to see this kind of infrastructure growing right here in Idaho.

🌡Temperatures are getting colder in the Northwest and snow is on its way. Make sure you have your roof cleaned and prepped for the winter conditions to come! Clean your gutters of any debris. Clean your roofs valleys of any debris. If you have heat tape don't forget to plug it in and test it. For commercial buildings such as flat roofs, make sure to clear your drains of any debris.

Granite offers commercial maintenance contracts! They include a spring and fall roof inspection that includes any repairs needed and or drains cleaned.

Hey everyone keep an eye out for this beast on the road this coming winter! It's our new roof steamer. Do you have a yearly ice dam problem or other ice problem on your roof? Then keep our number handy and give us a call. It's supposed to be a nasty winter! This machine steams the ice melting it immediately thus eliminating the potential of accidental roof/gutter damage from chipping at the ice to break it away or use of that nasty de-ice granules and then hoping that someone gets it all.
