Now Hiring: Tree Climber & Groundsman
Join Our Professional Tree Service Team

Are you passionate about working outdoors and ready to take your tree care skills to the next level? We’re a locally owned and operated tree service company seeking experienced and reliable team members to join our crew. We’re currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Tree Climber (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
• Perform tree climbing and aerial work using ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear
• Safely operate chainsaws and rigging equipment
• Execute proper pruning, removals, and canopy thinning
• Collaborate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient job sites

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of climbing experience (bucket truck experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and safety practices
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) and ability to aquire a CDL in 90 days.

2. Groundsman (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
• Assist climbers with ground operations, including rigging and lowering limbs
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Load and haul debris

Requirements:
• Previous experience in tree work or landscaping preferred
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license

Unfortunately this giant was hit by the pine beetle this summer and started declining fast. This has been a tree we’ve maintained for years but it outgrew its space as well. Over 50” dbh. If you have a dying pine tree now’s a great time to remove it if there’s beetles still in the tree they will be disposed of before they can do more damage.

We are now offering forestry mulching starting in 2026. We just took possession of our newest addition to our already extensive fleet of equipment. So when it comes to trees we can do it all from planting to pruning to removals including stump grinding and now forestry mulching!! And don’t forget about crane services Taylor Crane and Rigging we can remove the majority of trees with zero impact to your landscaping fast and efficiently.

2 pines about 120’ tall each. 3 man crew and myself in the crane and we had them done in 5 hrs. Not a blade of grass was harmed. 2 companies declined to submit bids and third bid it so high they must’ve planned on 2 days.
