ANOTHER BATHROOM REFRESHED ✨
Originally this bathroom felt dated with the old cracking brown tile, basic finishes, cheap LVP flooring, and darker tones that made the space feel smaller.

By brightening everything up with new white tub and shower surround, a new vanity + quartz, updated lighting, and patterned flooring, the whole room now feels fresh, open, and much more inviting. It’s a great example of how the right updates can completely change the feel of a space!

SAME SPACE ➡️ TOTALLY DIFFERENT FEEL.
What was once an ugly laundry space now feels like a well designed extension of the living space and ties seamlessly into the homes overall style 🌟

Initially, the laundry area felt like an afterthought. The washer and dryer were tucked into a rough, unfinished alcove with the water heater exposed, creating a cramped feel. Basic brownish tile flooring and visible plumbing made the space feel cold and purely functional — not integrated with the rest of the home.

Now the space feels intentional and elevated. The machines are cleanly framed with finished walls and a curtain enclosure that softens the area while concealing the not-so-pretty water heater. The bold patterned tile flooring and black doors adds personality and contrast. Updated lighting brightens the space even more.

Just wrapped up another kitchen! I did a full overhaul on this one! I was able to talk them into taking out the dividing walls between the kitchen and living space and the drop down ceiling because of the truss roof framing. Ran all new LVP flooring through out the main floor, built a big 6’ island with added cabinets on the frontside for more storage, a big floor to ceiling pantry cabinet with pull out trays for their small appliances and so much more. This was a fun one to do because it completely elevated and updated their space!

I’m very excited to share this kitchen that I remodeled! To start we did new white oak engineered flooring and new millwork through out the house. I put up shiplap on the main wall when you enter the house to give it a nice accent. Moving to the kitchen, we went with fully custom cabinets and a custom color you won’t find anywhere else! Added 3 full height pantry cabinets with pull out trays for a ton of extra storage. This kitchen is simple and different, yet elegant, and everything really came together beautifully!

Here’s a quick front porch rebuild that I did for some past clients on their rental property. The stairs, decking and joists were rotted out and unfortunately needed to be completely rebuilt. I replaced all the posts, built new railings and cut new stringers for the stairs to also bring everything up to today’s code standards. Love the look of fresh cedar 👌🏻

Here’s another full bathroom remodel that I completed in March! First off, I removed the wing wall separating the vanity and toilet to real open up the space and to fit a bigger vanity. Took some space from the closet behind the bathroom and built a recessed cubby for the custom white oak floating shelves. Added heated tile floor, top of the line shower fixtures and vanity faucet, some amazing tile work with the hexagon tile in the shower and the list goes on!
