In 1952, the first National Secretaries Week was established to recognize those who often worked behind the scenes, but who made everything possible.

Over the decades, job titles changed, responsibilities expanded, and technology evolved—but one thing never changed: the need for people who care, lead, and show up with excellence every single day.

Today, that person at KNL is Madison Hess.

On this Administrative Professionals Day, we don’t just thank you, Madison—we honor you. You are a reminder that no role is ever “behind the scenes” when it’s done with heart, courage, and purpose.
