Team Member Spotlight: Austin’s Journey to Excellence

Today, we’re proud to recognize the achievements of one of our rising stars—Austin, who has been an integral part of the III Oaks team for over three years. Known for his skillful operation of the D4 Bulldozer, fine grading pads, and building super pads with our on-road trucks, Austin exemplifies dedication and craftsmanship on every job site. He often takes on the role of mentor, guiding new truck drivers and helping them adapt quickly and confidently.

Mary Ann, Site Superintendent and Hiring Director shared:
“I have been fortunate to witness Austin’s journey into the world of heavy equipment from the very beginning. He demonstrated a natural aptitude for operating heavy machinery and a willingness to learn and work hard to become the Operator he is today. “A rare soul, shining bright in every moment—truly a gem in every sense of the word.”

We are excited to share and recognize Ms. Evelyn’s 4 year anniversary. Often seen on at the helm of our sweeper tractor and overseeing on-road trucking operation. Her expertise extends to operating a rubber tire loader, our water truck, and various off-road haul trucks.

Mary Ann, Site Work Superintendent and Hiring Director, shared: “In every team and organization, there is an individual who truly drives progress. In the field, that distinction belongs to Ms. Evelyn. We rely on her expertise to manage our on-road trucking contractors, address our paved road erosion requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors to our sites. Please join us in congratulating on reaching his one-year milestone with III Oaks!

Over the past year, Jared has brought energy, passion, and a strong work ethic to every project he’s tackled. Whether he’s operating a rubber tire loader, dozer, or—his favorite—one of our motor graders, Jared consistently demonstrates skill and dedication on the job.

Mary Ann Site Superintendent and Hiring Director shared: “Jared is one of our promising young Operators with a bright future ahead. He is mastering the fine grade Bulldozer and Motor Grader!
