J.M.S. Lawn & Landscapes LLC is Now Hiring for 2025 season! We are GROWING! Spring is here!

We are looking to fill multiple positions , please text 330-931-6760 or message us on here.

Bed Tech- this individual is responsible for bed maintenance start to finish, duties include- hand, spreading mulch. Hand pruning. Hand weeding. Spraying of beds. Debris pre-clean up. And more depending on the job and task.

Lawn Maintenance crew- 1-3 people needed for mowing route. Duties include- Basic knowledge of mowers, able to fuel up and check fluids, route efficiency, driving a truck with a trailer, operating zero turn mowers, both stand on and sit down, string, trimmers, stick edgers, we use backpack blowers daily.

Landscape Forman- This individual should have- knowledge of basic Ohio plants, trees, and shrubs. Must be Able to take the work order and follow instructions with basic knowledge and common sense to instruct the landscape crew on what needs to be done for that project from start to finish. Must be Able to drive heavy equipment, and back up trailers. Being a team leader, great role model, instructor. And the duties of Landscaping crew.

Landscaping crew- 1-4 people needed for landscaping crew. Duties include- heavy lifting, basic knowledge of hand tools, such as a shovel, pork, edging, spade, wheelbarrow, rake, leaf blower etc. Must be able to follow directions from the landscape foreman. Being Energetic and able to work long hours in the sun is a must. When the sun is nice our days are long.

Our minimum starting pay is $18 per hour. The jobs listed above, based on the individual could be significantly higher.

Nelson Ohio starting location, or Ravenna Ohio starting location.
