Home renovations? Contact HGC for your home improvement needs. Two load bearing walls that made the kitchen and living room feel small. We opened them up with some LVL’s and a post. Stained some select lumber to wrap everything up with a special walnut finish! Sheetrock patch and finish on the other opening. Everyone loves open concept!

Had a few little projects over by Kerkhoven this week. Re-shingled a garden shed and rebuilt the doors for it as well. Replaced 2 exterior doors (one including a doggy door install). Did a concrete patch underneath one of the exterior doors. Hung up some gutters and down spouts. Nice project for some great people!

A year ago we came out here and built this good lookin red addition after some serious storm damage. We got to salvage a lot of the old steel. With that in mind, the Johnson brothers decided to have us add a 56ft addition to the pole barn out in their pasture. Working around old tractors, cow manure, and hot weather, this wrapped up nicely!

Part one of this siding job was the garage. We are coming back for the house next! Freshening up from old wood siding to a nice vinyl finish! Reframed in some bigger windows, eliminating a door, and replace one as well. All new soffit and facia. Great update to this lovely farm home! Stay tuned for more.
