Our phone line will still be open, but here are our holiday hours for the retail store. We will be out of town for a few days after New Years for a work event, and will return January 8th. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The pandemic has changed the way I look at work, which will change the way I run my business. My view of a customer has changed and the customers view of service has changed. To the customers that truly support us, THANKS from all of us at Kemps. You may not buy everything for your pool from us , but we all know you face, your pool, your dog and children. And you know our children, our dogs and our fellow employees. We have a relationship and year after year you trust us to help keep your backyard fun and safe. But to the so-called customers, that come in to have water tested and to have us come out once every 3 years when an emergency happens and no one else wil come out. It cost me money to test ur water and print out the results, only to have you walk out without purchasing anything or even tell the me “ I never add anything to my pool!” There is not a chlorine/salt pool anywhere in the world , you don’t have to add any chemicals to. And to watch you later at Walmart/Home Depot buying pool chemicals. Or to have you even say” I get mine from Amazon!” I’m done wasting my time and energy on someone’s pool when they don’t support us. Y’all can call Amazon or Walmart for help next time. Wherever you have been buying chemicals from, CALL THEM FOR HELP. MARK MY WORDS “ if you have a pool in the central Mississippi area, you will need my help sooner or later. HOPEFULLY this will allow Kemps to offer better and quicker service to the customers that deserve it.
