This customer’s steps were weather-beaten and the old stringers were becoming unstable. She wanted a different look, but didn’t want to part ways with the old decorative spindles and posts. I suggested composite decking for the treads & risers and she went with it.

Cut and replaced the old stringers (added a middle one) bottom rails & hand rails.

Finished this project a bit ago. Just didn’t get a chance to post it.

The client wanted to create a nice-sized bedroom in their finished basement. Framed it out, added and wired two new outlets, hung and finished drywall, added new crown molding, door trim and baseboard, and hung a barn door.

The client’s did the painting themselves. I’ll post the final product when I get the pics from them.

Bathtub remodel

Tore out the old cast iron tub, installed a full size shower pan, surround, sliding glass doors, handheld shower head, a retractable shower seat, and some grab bars (still one more grab bar to be installed).
