We had the chance to hit pause and show a little extra appreciation to our crew at Muhlenberg Middle School.

Our field teams are the backbone of everything we do. They keep projects running smoothly, make sure we are staying efficient, and deliver quality work day in and day out. To say thank you, we stopped by with lunch for the crew, bringing pizza, drinks, cookies, and plenty of snacks to fuel the rest of their day.

It’s a small gesture compared to the hard work they put in, but recognizing our guys in the field will always be a priority. We’re grateful for everything they do to keep our jobs moving forward.

Eshbach Brothers is proud to partner with Helping Harvest this Thanksgiving season as we come together to support our neighbors facing food insecurity.

This year, the need is greater than ever. Families across our community, including those impacted by the recent government shutdown, are feeling the strain.

Together, we can make a difference. 💛

From now through November 21st, we will be collecting non-perishable food items to help ensure that no table goes empty and no family goes without hope this holiday season.

Help us fill an entire dump truck!!!

Donation drop-off location: Eshbach Brothers Office
Collection dates: Now – November 21st
Items needed: Canned goods, pasta, rice, baby food, shelf-stable proteins, and other non-perishables

Let’s show what our community can do when we stand together. Thank you in advance for helping us support those who need a little extra care this season.

Together, we can build a stronger, more compassionate community — one meal at a time. 🧡🦃

Whether in the field or the office, we encourage open conversations, balance, and resources that help our team thrive both at work and at home.

Let’s continue to break the stigma, check in on one another, and prioritize mental health every day—not just today.
