🏗️Currently under site plan review in Leicester, Massachusetts, this new mixed-density residential project features a diverse range of housing types, from ranch-style duplexes to multifamily apartments, creating a variety of living options within one cohesive community.

The site plan is thoughtfully designed around the existing landscape of the former golf course, working with the natural character of the property while preserving existing landscape features . 🌿

By balancing a range of unit types with a site-sensitive approach to development, the project aims to create a residential community that complements its surroundings and makes the most of the existing landscape.

🔄 Reintroducing a new vision for Greenwood Street in Melrose!

Originally proposed as a 24-unit condominium development, the project has been thoughtfully redesigned to create two new five-unit townhouse buildings, while preserving the historic home on the existing lot. The historic residence will be reconfigured into a two-unit condominium, maintaining the character of the existing property while introducing a new residential concept. 🏡✨

We’re excited to bring this updated design to life and continue the evolution of Greenwood Street.
