We’re an architecture firm north of Boston, dedicated to working closely with clients to help them realize their project goals, and we’ve done so for over ten years. We pride ourselves on our versatility, as we are capable of taking on a broad range of project types and locations, ranging from small home additions to large condominium developments and commercial projects. Whether it’s designing functional, livable and beautiful spaces, navigating often complex municipal approval processes, designing for LEED certification, or coordinating with a multitude of engineers, consultants and contractors, our breadth of experience helps ensure a positive result for our clients. The process of selecting and an architect can sometimes be daunting, and we try to maintain a close working relationship with our clients to ensure that client input is understood, appreciated and above all, listened to. We’re pleased to share that our 58-unit residential project in Allston, MA, has officially received approval! This exciting milestone brings us one step closer to transforming our vision into reality. Blending contemporary architecture with timeless materials, the design features warm brick finishes, off-street vehicular parking, dedicated bicycle parking for residents and guests, and a rooftop terrace. We’re proud to be leading the architectural design of this project, bringing together functionality, character, and modern living to create a distinctive addition to the neighborhood.

🏗️ Coming Soon in Billerica, MA!
Construction is underway on a new Northern Bank branch, replacing the existing outdated branch at the same location. The new design brings together traditional architectural elements with a contemporary approach, creating a fresh and welcoming presence while giving the site a much-needed update.
We’re excited to see the project taking shape and happy to be working with Development, LLC again to bring another project to life.

A new 2-car garage & ADU bringing together classic New England character with a fresh, modern feel. The exterior features a thoughtful mix of clapboard, board-and-batten, and cedar shingle siding, complemented by a standing-seam metal roof. The design also incorporates a screened porch and covered front entry, creating inviting outdoor spaces while tying the different volumes of the home together.
A layered mix of materials and textures gives this new construction warmth, character, and a cohesive architectural look. ✨

Ground has officially broken on Greenwood Street in Melrose! 🏗️

Following the recent approval of the revised plan, construction is now underway for 10 new townhomes, marking the start of the next phase of the project.

We’re excited to see the vision for Greenwood Street begin to take shape and look forward to watching the project progress.

🏗️Currently under site plan review in Leicester, Massachusetts, this new mixed-density residential project features a diverse range of housing types, from ranch-style duplexes to multifamily apartments, creating a variety of living options within one cohesive community.

The site plan is thoughtfully designed around the existing landscape of the former golf course, working with the natural character of the property while preserving existing landscape features . 🌿

By balancing a range of unit types with a site-sensitive approach to development, the project aims to create a residential community that complements its surroundings and makes the most of the existing landscape.

🔄 Reintroducing a new vision for Greenwood Street in Melrose!

Originally proposed as a 24-unit condominium development, the project has been thoughtfully redesigned to create two new five-unit townhouse buildings, while preserving the historic home on the existing lot. The historic residence will be reconfigured into a two-unit condominium, maintaining the character of the existing property while introducing a new residential concept. 🏡✨

We’re excited to bring this updated design to life and continue the evolution of Greenwood Street.
